12 Days Smoke-free

It feels like a long long journey. I still get cravings at least 4x a day but they go off in less than 3 minutes. Everytime I smell cigerette smoke my cravings appear.

My tip: hang in there. Embrace the craving but say, I loved you once but it’s time to part. I’m dumping you before you dump me. LOL. Take a deep breathe in 8 counts, hold for 4 counts, exhale in 8 counts, hold for 4 counts and inhale again. Repeat until you’re at ease.

Well it works for me. We need to acknowledge we want to quit before we can face our hurdles, cravings and enticement.
