Gooday Steve been a while. Glad you still holding up mate. Yeah urges come and go but they pass. The old listerine and toothpaste brushing works well too. Very strong tasting but helps. These days i like a "Blitz mint" when and if i get the urge. But mate at $30-$40 bucks a pack why would you want to go back?. Anyway Steve you have a nice Xmas too. Cheers.

Hi Johnnie. Great effort Mate. We are all aware what a real prize this is after those early days of pain and torture. My wife and I are staying in a fabulous hotel in Cornwall England but have to face the gambit of the smokers when we enter the front door here. So glad I’m not one of them. Have a great Christmas mate and a prosperous new year.

Hi Dobbin , yes mate i see the same things at Shopping Cetres.....people contiuously flocking to stairwells and isolated areas to get their kicks even being oblivious to "no smoking " signs. Well that is the life they choose....we too once were macho. Anyway feels good to be quit and all the best to you Dobbin. Cheers.
