Hi quitters!

It is been 11 days since my last smoke. There were good days en bad days. During the bad days I felt very sleepy and it was difficult to do things, just lying on the sofa or reading stories from quiters. During the good days I felt happy and I enjoyed life :-)).

It is not easy to live with the cravings. I try to make it smaller. Just thinking that it is not me. I try to look at it instead become the craving. That helps me to stay a quitter. Never a puff anymore!

Every day I call my buddy. We stopped smoking on the same time. Each day I put money on my savingsaccount :-)

I eat two pieces of fruit every day :-)

I read some stories on this site evere day :-)

Drink a lot of water and tea, no coffee.

Try not to take anything with sugar.

I take capsules fishoil ( omega 3, 6 and vitamine E). Also tablets Spiruline and Magnesium.

No smoking is not easy but it is the best I can do for myself.
