100 days smoke free

Need some advise .......a few times I have had nrt gum I'm really trying too stay cold turkey .....feel quiet gulty when I have them.i been strong not letting myself give into the gum but now I been dreaming I smoking again.....This has been a roller coaster ride for all the 100 days....

100 days is a great achievement. I have read a lot of people's stories, and they say that they dream of smoking. It seems to be a fear that they will start again, when they don't want to.
