Second week

Second week in and doing well. I'm finding I think about having a smoke less often but the craving seems to be stronger, but doesn't take long to pass. I have to tell myself that I'm done with smoking and think positively about all the good things that represents- more money, more time, whiter teeth...Onto the next script of champix and most of the side effects seem to have stopped, I think I'll continue the full 12 week course seeing as I'm not having any problems with it and I'm sure it's helping.

I went to the royal Melbourne show this week and it was great! I walked around all day and didn't think about having a smoke once, except for the time I thought about how great it was not to want one! A great adventure out as a non-smoker 😁
