Good morning guys, take five and give five . Today I am celebrating my joining fifth day smoke free world. I have a lesson here. I was so much a fool to believe in that killer stick and to allow it smoke in my precious God given lungs with my own hard earned money. THIS False Friend was preparing me for the real sticks to walk with (crunches) and pay for the free oxygen that we might forget how expensive it is when doctors artificially start to give it you. If you have any craving or withdrawal symptoms, just take shower, take lollipos or put ice cube in your mouth. Above all remember that you don't want to ruin your life and see yourself amputated!!! Break it before it breaks you. I am 43, I smoked about 30 years starting from the age of 13. I lost so far two close friends: Camil and Fikru. Camil with lung cancer and Fikru with Bueger Disease (gangerine).

Thank you RED-67, I assure you I am growing stronger and stronger with every step and my confidence is dramatically increasing. I start feeling that I am way better than that killer stick. I also hate it for the time and money and health I lost because of it. I never believed in myself and that is where it was playing the fool on me. I got it now.
