Quitting again

I picked the quit experiences tab but I'm being asked about hints or tips, so forgive me if this is the wrong place for this post.

I have quit a few times. Started smoking at 14 and am now 33. I quit when I was 20 and wanting to join the RAAF, then again after I had my second child for a year and on and off over the years after that. Then again just before falling pregnant with my 3rd baby. I quit for 2 years that time. Then the insidious cigarettes found their way back into my life. A VERY stressful move coupled with being around my smoker brother saw me take it up again here and there but it's become a more permanent thing and I REALLY don't want to continue. When I quit, food tasted better, I could breathe better, my resting heart rate sat in the 60's rather than the 70-80's. I just want to quit for good. It's disgusting and expensive and it's ruining my health.
