I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVE MADE IT THIS LONG

I told my story previously - about smoking for FIFTY years and now trying to stop at age 68. My quit date was 8/1/17 and here it is 9/4/17 and I have not cheated once! I really have not smoked since 7/31/17. That is MAJOR for me. I am using the patch & lozenges and it has not been nearly as hard as I thought it was going to be. I was scared to death but I think I will make it this time. Hang in there all of you who are just starting. YOU CAN DO IT. Believe me, if I can do it, so can you!
