Hello everyone. I visit this site from time to time to see how everyone is going on and to re-read some of the stories that keep me on track. I still have cravings and from time to time I am really tempted to have a cigg. When I m here I see all the reasons why I quit in the first place, and all that journey that is behind me. It was definitely worth it so everyone keep up the good work. You can do it.

Hi Lady_K. Welcome back. You bring good news and reinforce the fact that it can be done even if it may not be easy. Am only a couple of hundred days ahead of you and there is no point turning back, is there? That $18500 is a lot of cash that has not gone up in smoke in my ash tray...
