6 months smoke free

Proud to say that i'am on my 6 months smoke free life :-).

Before, just thinking of quitting cigarette makes me a mad man. I thought till my last breath i will be smoking.

But now, i am ripping all the benefits of smoke free life. No more stinky smell on my clothes and mouth, no more tooth stain and bad gums. Sense of smell and taste are completely different. Most importantly a healthy lifestyle that will benefits me and my family.

Stay still everyone. NOPE...
