Hi. I'm on my second maintenance pack of champix and 48 days without a cigarette. I chose day 10 to quit and i haven't looked back. champix seems to have worked like and anti-depressand and anxiety medication. My dreams are vivid but more like memories from childhood. the dreams have stopped but i am very tired all the time and sleep about 12 hours a day, although my day starts at 6am. I thought i would be hungrier but my eating habits are the same I also put this down to Champix. wish i had done this years ago.

Congratulations Suzannah! I'm on day 89 with champix. It's worked well for me too. I have slipped up in the past when I went off it too soon, so I plan to stay on it for the maximum time this time. I feel so happy being a non smoker :) good luck!

Hi Suzannah,

Congratulations!! That's a wonderful achievement and great to hear another success with Champix. Just wish that had of been an option for me. The tiredness is reasonably normal. Having said that, I'm over 100 days smoke free and I'm so tired all the time also. Hasn't always been like that but the last few weeks, it appears to have resurfaced.
