Exercise and lots of water. After 1 month no more cough. And breathing so much better

Start with 1 mile slow jog or trot then a 3 to 5 mile bike ride and finish with 15 minutes of push-ups/sit-ups/deep knee
Bends. 2 sets of 15 with a couple other exersices. Lots of water all day. Got rid of cravings quick and really helped to focus on becoming healthy. Cold turkey for me. And N1P. Never 1 puff!!!!
