2 weeks cold turkey after relapsing 2 years ago after quitting for 1 1/2 years. N1P. Never 1 puff. This time aggressive exercise plan. 1 hour to start the day. Lots of water. No sweets or deserts. No ford food. Have lost 8 pounds. Very focused no cravings. Feeling great. Will increase exercise this week. And after my exercise in the morning love my shower and cleanup time. When done feel so healthy and clean. It's now my morning ritiual. And my way of rewarding my daily success. Congrats to all who are quitting the vile nicotine addiction. Remember. N1P. Never 1 puff. !!!!!
