Rollins1970. What keeps me busy are my 4 kids 13,11,3, and almost 2. I can tell you the first week was h e l l and I struggled heaps I did a lot of homework and a lot of reading on here and other sites it helped me heaps I'm using the patches I have to admit I do get exhausted and low in energy I haven't been up to walking or do anything outside I have Also neglected my house but in time it is all getting better stay in the moment don't think long term if I'm having a really bad time I just go to my room and shut the door. Go for a drive, have cuppa with my mum, go out for tea, just a couple of things that have helped me also partner and I are starting a security door business partner wasn't ready to quit with me that was hard to begin with so I got a vaping machine and when its difficult I go out and vape with him it takes the edge off smoking.

Hi Jodie,

Spot on!! Take each day as it comes. Don't worry about tomorrow. Soon enough those days will turn into weeks, months and years.
