Day 16

I'm officially in Week 3 now, at 16 days, and let me tell ya, it is SO MUCH EASIER than it was on Day 3 or 4. I am not having intense cravings anymore. My body seems to be quite used to receiving nicotine via gum or QuickMist. I'm still reaching for it quite regularly, but it is definitely doing the job.

I still want a cigarette though. I don't NEED one at all. But I do want one. I think it'll take a while for that thinking to change :)
