Rebounding Again

I am back, approaching a new quit date. I am not going to beat myself up. I started smoking after a 6 month quit, and kept finding excuses not to get back on the QUIT BANDWAGON.

One of my many triggers is anger, and this is the 3rd time I have lost a quit as a result of that . I am looking into better ways to feel my anger without doing damage to myself, whether is is smoking or overeating.

For the next 21 days I am going to track when I smoke, and why I smoke- habit, emotions etc. And then do some CBT therapy to work on the issues.

Not sure if I got your name right because my phone doesn't always show the full name. We all have triggers so it's good that you know yours and are working on it. I think that's the hardest part, learning new ways of dealing with whatever our triggers are. I'm

Hi IAMSUNNY. Try as you may to think of excess to smoke, just remember you will probably leave this planet and still have the problems and excuses to be angry. And it seems these equate to having a licence to smoke. Try airing your triggers on this site. Best place ever to succeed beating the habit.
