10 weeks (Day 70)

Well My Quit Buddy Kim and I have made it to Day 70. It's been a roller coaster of ups and downs, and I couldn't have asked for a better quit partner to help me through it. Anyone that's quitting that's under 70 days, keep it up and fight the fight, it gets better as each day goes further away from your quit date. If you feel down and no one to help you, get on here or try that number above. For those over 70 days, please keep posting, not only are you the knowledge and wisdom behind the battle, but you are idols to us all, give us hope through the struggle and as well our mentors through this. Thank you mentors and today is a wonderful day to all. Enjoy life.

Hey my awesome QB,
Congratulations to us both!! Wow you're post is so well written. Yes,it can be a struggle at times throughout the journey to remain smoke free but look at us, day 70 already! I completely agree about long term quitters dropping by to give us hope and inspiration. It's great that so many write that the mental cravings and habit lessen overtime and become much easier to deal with. I know for sure that gives me hope!!
Great advice to call that number also because they are excellent to talk with.
I called them the other day when I had quite a craving and they helped so much by validating that this can be very normal and does happen from time to time but to focus on how far I've come told me to feel very proud of myself and I definitely do feel proud!!
Having a quit buddy is the best thing ever and I still can't thank Lia enough for her awesome suggestion.
I got me the best quit buddy in the world 😃😃
Have a wonderful smoke free day all!!

Congratulations once again Kim and Mike. We are on this ride for the long haul. Cheers

Thank you!!
Yeppers it's a roller coaster as Mike said but one that I know we will eventually beat and get to the point as many long term quitters have advised, it becomes easier and the mental cravings and habit start to drift away.

I love everything about this post! 70 days and still going strong!! Wahoo! You have just renewed my 44-days in energy. Thank you!
