For all newbies. Go through the pain it will not kill you. Not perhaps what you really want to hear but never the less true. Currently 588 days 20 months away from my last cigarette and it only seems like yesterday since I quit. The first few days were bad. The first month was finger nail biting. I was irritable and not good company for what seemed years but in reality was a few months. Yes it did get better and now I rarely think about cigarettes. The rewards are so many. My family are so pleased that after smoking for 53 years I finally quit My health is 200% better. I have bought myself a Gibson 335 guitar Think I have postponed. And saved thousands. What have I missed. Nothing. Thanks Icanquit and friends here.
