Still getting better

The days are going by so fast now! Tomorrow will mark 12 weeks for me. The cravings are becoming less severe (although the frequency is about the same). I have noticed that putting lots of ginger in my juices helps with cravings. I also use lavender essential oil under my nostrils when a strong craving hits. I keep telling myself that once I hit the 9 month mark I should have hardly any association of smoking. Come on 6 more months!

Hi "not this time" you doing well. I am on 8mths and still crave now and then. On my quit journey i was taken by two massive craves 1at 3mths and another about a month back. They came out of no where and was very frustrating.......so be on your guard as the days roll on....it is the nicodemon having a very good last shot to get you to regress. However, on a more encouraging note the cravings then begin to subside dramatically and you can tolerate the small amount of time which they last .So, keep at it and always remember the negatives of smoking....cause really as we know now in this century there is nothing beneficial about them. Cheers.
