Feeling nervous!

Hello! I have just joined up, I have set my quit day for this coming Monday. I am using the Quit Stop Now program this time so I will still smoke for the first few days. I am determind to succeed this time but I always feel incredibly nervous before I try to quit. Is this normal?
Has anyone here had any experience with QSN program? Cheers

Hi Ellea, welcome to this Cyber Forum. No I havent heard of QSN..
Wishing you all the best in your quest to non smoker...
Its not easy habit to boot, but very doable,
Learning to let go of a "false friend" is the hardest, maybe this is where you are feeling nervous, you can and you will survive without this "false friend".
Use your mind power, keep telling yourself why you are wanting to quit.
Stay focused and let the rewards of being a non smoker benefit you.
Use this Forum as a Diary as it is beneficial to you and others going through the same as you.

Hi Ellea, I hadn't heard of QSN so I googled it, from what I understand it's a natural based tablet designed to help quitting. We all have different ways of quitting and some use NRT's, go cold turkey 🦃 or use Champix like I did. What ever works. I too always got nervous and had such fear whenever I quit, I'm past all that now and it's all down to your mind set. Be strong, be stubborn, believe in yourself.

Hi Cowboys74.
I hope I haven't been scammed but I have tried everything. I saw an ad on Facebook and after a fair bit of research I came to the conclusion that it is legit. They send out some tablets and some podcasts with a worksheet to complete about your vision of wellness and goals.
You take the pills for a few days whilst still smoking but they ask you to cut down on so many ciggies every few days.
I am hopeful that the tablets will help with the cravings and I am determined to look at my written wellness vision and goals each day to help me quit.
It cost me 380 dollars but from the savings of not smoking I will recoup that in 2 weeks.
Am feeling that this time will be the one where I stop being an idiot and do the right thing for my body, mind and my family.
Any updates on your progress with the qsn programs?
I'm looking into it for myself and my husband.
We are currently into week 4 of champix and still on the smokes 😖
The more frustrated and tired I get the more I smoke and in turn I get more frustrated for having that smoke lol.
I really am willing to try anything at this point

I am starting day 4 today. The last 3 days I had to suck the tablet every 2 hours and cut out 6 cigarettes. I think I cut out more than 6 but I stuck to having 12 each day. By yesterday I was finding I wasn't really enjoying them. Today I have to do the tablet every 2.5 hours and cut out 5 smokes, so I can have 7 today and tomorrow then on Saturday none. Am actually looking forward to it.
For me it will be hard during the late afternoon when I used ciggies to get away from my kid for 5 mins (had enough by then lol!)
So far so good though.
