Improving will power

This is 3rd day of week 3, I am continuing nicotine gum. Although there is no craving for cigarettes as such. Yesterday I saw a person smoking and thought one cigrattes will not do any damage, however I quickly realised the whole difficult process I have gone through till now and prevented myself from momentoy lapse of judgement. Although my sinusitis improved, there is some nasal congestion especially in the evening, for this I am taking medication. Overall I am feeling good and want to continue this plan. I will share with you my future experience.
