Happy and free

I was asked recently if I still have cravings after 7 months. No, I can't say I do. I havent had any for a while now. It's lovely but in saying that I am always on guard and will be for years to come. I feel free and calm and blessed to be nicotine free. I'm slightly rounder but I'm working on that- I did eat everything I could get my hands on! But I'm happy and I really thought that would be impossible..

Crankey. Well done and what a trouper you are. I remember your early months and yes you really did suffer. Isn't it a magic gift when those cravings go ? I still can't believe it myself. Like you I need to stay vigilant as I know one puff will put me straight back.

Hi Cranky. After 630 something days and $13250 saved from the ashtray, like you, I don't even think about lighting up. You , I & others know that just one puff sends us back to where we started. That can be a huge slap in the be face... Keep going! One day at a time.
