Getting better!

Made it through! I am at 70 days quit tonight at 8pm. The past week has been very difficult for cravings. I have been dealing with the cravings pretty well up until a week ago. I got off track and out of my normal routine that I had established right after I quit over the past week. I decided yesterday was going to be different and got back into the old routine. The result was diminished cravings both yesterday and today. I put extra ginger in my juice which I think helps with cravings along with putting lavender essential oil under my nostrils that takes my attention away from smoking. Hoping yesterdays cravings don't come back!

That makes sense that the brain is saying why not. I really hope the cravings that I had at day 68 don't come back. Since getting back into my routine the cravings have subsided. I am thinking about reading Allen Carrs Easy way to quit again to refresh myself. This book really helped me at the beginning.
