Day 33 since stopped smoking

Hi All,
I'm new on here, just want to share my experience with you,
today is day 33 since stopped smoking!!
I never taught that I make it this far! I was heavy smoker around 30 cigarette a day! I was ashamed of my self for been heavy smoker!
the first 4 days the crave for cigarette was so bad! the craves were once each 10 min or so! it was so hard to survive all of them! I had to stay focus and strong to beat the craves,
now getting to day 33 I feel much better and the craves are much less then they first week,
but I feel now that am constantly hungry and too worried that am going to put weight!!!

My goodness, I too have such hunger which seems to get worse in the evening. After dinner.. I am only on day 13 and read somewhere that by two weeks the hunger diminishes and there you are on day 33. People tell me to eat carrot sticks and celery and I do but I crave sweet stuff and spicy food. I kill the elephant in the room by eating whatever I like because I know that I would and could easily work myself up to being so angry that I would go out and buy a pack of smokes just out of spite.
Keep it up and please stay strong/ going back to day one (1) after all this time would be such a waste.
