Champix advice needed
So im on day 10 of champix, havent smoked for 4 days but i constantly feel sick even when i eat before the tablet, im so flat and spaced out and my dreams are really weird but seem so real. Please tell me im not going crazy. Has anyone else had this using champix or is it normal?
Hi Sal85s, I used Champix and if I didn't eat beforehand then I got quite nauseous. A friend of mine felt sick all day on them and she halved the tablets because she thought they were to strong for her. Talk to your doctor and ask if ok to halve the tablets, it might help.
Oh and the dreams, they slow down and eventually stop but they are really freaky and real...
I dreamt last night I had a third foot growing from my bunion! It was very real. I could squeeze it to make it bigger......gross I know, but that was my dream. They are very weird dreams, not nightmares, just weird. I also find I need to eat before taking the tablet in the mornings, make sure you eat enough, not just a snack. At night time I've reduced the tab to half. Seems to be still working. Eventually I'll reduce both to half, then wean off them with half a day. Day 23 for me today, so pretty happy so far. Early days yet, but I'm more determined than ever this time. Saved around $435 already!
Dreams not too much but i find im currently day 9 been iff cigs 2 days take the pill with a coffee. It fully kills the horrible feeling. Otherwise eat, glass of water before. It doesnt always work today i nearly puked up my morming breakfast bar. Jist ignore it. It will subside
