Ending the habit

Champix day 7 still smoking but less and not enjoyable, it's pure habit and boredom. Quit day in 3 days. I think I can do it. No reactions to champix so far.

No reactions to champix is a big plus, same here. My quit day is Monday next week. I have 2 cigs in my pack but I know I'll go buy some today. But, one pack instead of the usual two.

Have been using Champix now for 67 days, am on final leg of the journey now, I was fine on these, I lowered the dose as I found them quite strong so instead of 1mg... I took 50mg.... good luck and being honest I actually enjoyed taking them!
