Keep up the fight against those cravings!!! you are doing so well

Hi...welcome to the Icanquit page.
Every journey in life starts with a single step, some can walk it straight away....and others...well..trip,fall or stumble, but the main thing is you can get up and try again and again and again. But after each trip or fall or stumble it makes you more determined to
achieve your goals, or you can just sit there and not try.
Its also about letting go of something that has been a always been there for you..a "false
friend".. think about what this "false friend" does for you in return what you do for it!.
You crave for Nicotine in a smoke..find yourself a smokers zone.(non smokers look at you like you are a Leper)...you light up..enjoy its company for about 4 minutes..ditch the butt..spray yourself with stinkies to hide the smell of smoke..chew gum or sweets to freshen your breath...wash your hands.........its all good till the next Nicotine crave hits you. Then you do it all again, it becomes habit forming...it just controls your every fuctioning waking moment.
But what has this "Friend" done for us, apart from making us feel good for a few minutes...
NOTHING.NOTHING, NOTHING...well nothing that we can ge proud of....
Nicotine controls our lives, but you can kick that "false friend" lifestyle to the curb, and start taking your new steps into a:
I Don't Smoke
anymore future,
