Well what time I've had, I am back on track now,
on a sad note I found a lump then the whirlwind started tests happened at record speed. and needless to say I started Chemo today the nurse and Dr was very supportive and said don't beat myself up over falling backwards I have gone right back so have to pick up where I fell off. I only have 1 day left of the pre-quit patches but not down as low as I wanted to be now. What do I do to fix this. I have asked a friend to come on the program with me still waiting a reply. So Now I am going to quit smoking and beat this cancer. got a long road ahead so I have to give the treatment the best chance to work. and that is get rid of this rotten addiction.
