Hi all Im back, had my cruise up the Qld coast. was awesome. Just been to the dentist last week and had all my top teeth removed and some dentures to replace them. If I ever was going to smoke again it would be now. The worst week of my life. But am so glad no smokes still 158 days now and been through 1 of the hardest things in my life so far. good luck all keep going strong
Keep that smile white and bright. You know the alternative. For $200+ a week you can get none of the good times if you choose to smoke & be prepared to reverse what the dentist has done.
Thanks Lia, I walked past a mirror and smiled , I am no model, but was so happy not to have those broken, brown stained teeth. Its heaps better. and no yukky nico taste in my mouth.
Good on you Deb, ouch to the pain though- that would have hurt.. it's such a boost to get through hard times and not turn to smokes, its about training our brain to realise it doesn't need them..
