Job interview

I am now already for 5 weeks smoke free, although I had my worst craving ever. I was at a job interview and it went actually quite ok.. But as you can imagine adrenalin is really high at that moment, and when I left, I just could not stop thinking about a cigarette. Fortunately I walked around, and finally found an ice cream shop to comfort myself... But whoo.. that was a hard one, I did not expect to have this heavy (and long cravings after 1 month..) But on the good side, I think it made me stronger.. Less worried about extreme situations...

Anyhow.. Happy Christmas to all of you..

I know exactly how you feel I was 200 days and when I went for the job interview I came out and was like oh how I'd love a smoke now but I never and each time we get past challenges like this we get stronger I got the job hope you do also
