I need a kick in the proverbial

Here I am 26 days into my quit smoking program and I feel I have to start all over again. I bought a small packet which lasted 3 days, better than my 55 a day, but hey I want to quit! So ready to give those smokes the boot. Try harder Lars, Try harder.

Well done for not buying another packet you would have been back to 55 in no time

A good butt kicking is sometimes in order but so is some compassion. It's a hard road and sometimes we trip. You've been there, don't dwell on it and keep reminding yourself of it, pick yourself up and move on. If you really want to do this you can.

Hey Lars, at least you are honest. You are not the first and will not be the last to relapse. But, you know now ,what you will do next time you reach 26 days.....and that is to remember and not repeat. Good Luck mate.

Good on you, Lars for being so honest and having the desire to start again. As those trying to quit we really welcome you back as you once again reclaim your quit journey.

Hi Lars, quitting is taff, especially the first few days. Cigarettes are so close and the temptation huge.. But you are still with us here on the page, still writing down, still willing to stop. So I don't see any reason of kicking those piggies as far away as you can... So reboot and new try,...the chances of stopping completely this time is higher than ever before...
