Wish everyone a post christmas happines and a good year! 6 weeks and the morning cravings are less! So great- i mean- i stiill have cravings- moments of boredom- stress- and i definitley eat more than before.. still jogging away them...
I actuall think that helped the most. Jogging...

Do you think jogging helps to reduce stress related smoking too?

Hi Stardaf, First of all- happy non smoking new year..
I like your question, but I guess it is a very individual thing to know what helps for yourself. Me I am a stress smoker (and obviously I was a chain smoker at the end) so first of all I needed the smoke when something stressful happened. And well, my job was and is still full of stressful moments. So that was when I realised that jogging makes me stop feeling stress and therefore clearly, after having run for 30 minutes, beeing out of breath and feeling every muscle.. I do that the tension is less... I also tried Yoga, but this did definitely not work for me...
So try it.. might help... Good luck
