143 days Quit!!! I do not comment here often, sometimes i go for days without checking the website. However It is a wonderful suppotive group whether you are just getting started or 143 days quit. It is nice to read stories from the likes of Johnnie, Cranky Dobbin and others, knowing they are still hanging tough! Stay Strong my friends! Hope you ALL enjoy this Holiday season Smoke Free!

Hey CF, it's been a while, nice to hear you're going strong. I'm just behind you on day 137 and feeling pretty good, I still have my moments but I'm hanging in there.
