4 weeks!

Today, I have been without cigarettes for 4 weeks now. So happy about it, the cravings get actually less frequent, although the once I have are still very strong- oh- this stupid morning cigarette...!
Its actually slowly possible to start thinking of me as an Ex smoker.. Whereas this thought before scared me a lot, as I always felt how I could survive without these amazing anti-stress puffs in moments of an really bad situation, I have now the feeling I could cope without it.... Really impressive how strong Nicotine addiction can be and how it messed up with my brain.
So to all people out there.. It is possible, you can do it and it gets better...

Good on you Andies, I hear you loud and clear with the fear of coping, I was really anxious about that too. It's all mind control, be strong and remind yourself that a craving is not going to kill you, it will pass.
