My third day as well Kels, but I still have some cigs. Scared if I don't I'll panic and go buy them anyway. The urge is less, it's the habit that makes it so hard. After today, 4 days til my stop date. Hopefully by then I won't want one at all. Tried so many times I have to succeed this time.

How are you travelling Kels? I am on day 3 of no smokes. I brought my quit day forward as I'd smoked my last one and really did not want a whole new packet on the day before I quit. Going ok. Champix is helping of course, and I do think about cigs quite a lot, but I try to keep busy and push the thoughts out of my mind. I need to learn how to change my habits and replace cigs with something else. Even just my morning coffee, seems strange without a cigarette as well, but I have to get used to it or maybe ditch the coffee and have fruit or something. Every day is a challenge and we can do it if we keep our minds strong.

Hi Lizzie. I went through and read all your posts on your quit journey....thankyou for giving me the inspiration to keep going. The challenges you have had and to continue not smoking gives me the inspiration to keep going. If you dont mind id like to borrow your line "conquer or be conquered". Im only 4 weeks in but your posts have made me more determined to keep going.
