Just logging in to be grateful.

I am still so thankful that the cravings have mainly disappeared. The worst cigarette for me was the first one in the morning. For years I knew that as soon as I smoked it I would feel s•••t. It is this cigarette that I am so glad I don't have to have. Yes of course it is all of them but the first one of the day was my catalyst to quit so really I should be grateful to it.

I am now 429 days quit and although the cravings are gone I will always ( I hope ) remember the freedom I have from that first one.

Well done, Dobbin. I realised today that I hadn't thought about having a smoke for a few days perhaps a week or more. 429 days is brillaint, I'm looking forward to getting there too.

Hey Dobbin, it's so good to be grateful and I believe you will be for years to come. I know I will, after 20+ years of addiction it feels so amazing to be free!

You're an inspiration..
