Wow here I am 90 days smokeless ....I always feared I would be one of those people that just couldn't give it up. I have tried countless times previous to this attempt. Going great , loving life .... My motto? Conquer or be conquered . All about choice I can let things destroy me or I can surge on and refuse to be beaten . Keep smiling everyone :-)

Congratulations Lizzie.....you have broken the first barrier 90days.....now it will get easier but there will be times when you will be attacked hard. However you will find much easier to cope with. I am 131days and been through it. Cigarette thoughts diminish together with cravings but from time to time the nico demon will have a go. I still find my habits difficult to handle but i just say how will a cigarette make it better? Come this far after 52yrs i will not go back. Also you will find smelling a cigarette very, very annoying. Good luck. Keep posting.
