Hello Gimmo..firstly well done on getting to 23 days....this is a very major achievment.

Right now your body is going through alot of changes and you have to be patient and strong with yourself.

I'm not sure on what method you have chosen to quit smoking,

Your body has had a major change in what was happening when you were smoking,

If you are having assistance in giving up, ie patches, zyban, champix..it could be a side effect off these as you would still be using these.

If your concerns are over whelming you..consult a doctor.

We can only offer you non medical advice.

Hi Gimmo! Go you good thing-23 days. Im only at 13, but like you, I have been really crook for 6 days! Went to the doc and seems I coincidentally have a chest infection...not good for the quit motivation! Doc says its unrelated... I dont know... but my cough and breathing and energy levels are much worse than before... go figure! If in doubt, see your doc, and meanwhile, try and take extra good care of you... with durries, we've been abusing our bodies for years... time for some TLC... hope you feel much better really soon!
