day 44 and I have the smokers flu!

my gosh have I felt awful these last few day's! I had a serious cases of sinuses issues and now I have finally gotten that dreaded cough and sore throat... I have gotten it a little later than the average ex smoker but it feels horrible regardless! My doctor assures me it will pass soon enough but it seems to spread from spot to spot.. hoping to feel better soon.
