DAY 40 Finally

Finally Day 40, last couple of days have been hard, but I think how devo I would be to smell like smoke , have that horrible taste in my mouth and have that horrible smell on my fingers. The next day I am always chuffed that I never gave in the day before. The last 10 days felt like 6 weeks, but super keen to get to 50 days caus to me that feels like you are really having a go and taking it seriously. I feel like a little train going up a steep incline and in my head I keep telling myself "you can do it, you can do it, toot toot" Whatever works. Keep strong xx
