Wow !! 21 days without touching a cigarette !! I feel much better and although i wake up with the urge to smoke .. i know its only a temporary thought. Instead i drink water with lemon juice to clean up my body. It feels so good to be able to breathe deeply again. I sleep so much better. My nerves are back to normal. It feels so nice to start being a full master over my own body and mind.

Last week i had the experience to drink a couple of beers with friends ... and one friend offered me cigarettes more than 5 or 6 times during the evening. I realized that other smokers feel very uncomfortable when they are around a quitter. They feel bad about you stopping to quit and their addiction is trying to trick my mind to smoke just one cigarette again. It is so sad to see how the addiction has a control over so many people and friends. Especially here in Europe people smoke a lot i think. It is crazy how much this suicide is still tolerated in our society.

Hi Greenman, congrats on the 21days. I still have conversations with friends of mine at local club while they are smoking. I do not feel nor they that i am not joining in a smoke with them. To me and to them it is our business whether we smoke or not. No one can judge others if you know what i mean. I suppose for me it does not bother me seeing them smoke because i always smoked rolled tobacco, never liked cigarettes in packets. I am now on 91days and have no intention of making a u turn. Cheers...keep posting.

I wanna smoke so bad. But still trying not to. It's 21 days quit smoking.
