Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum and would like to give up smoking. Cold turkey, patches, Champix and Alan Carr have not been successful for me. I'm a 52 yo female and have been smoking since I was 11 (it was the 70's after all - lol). I'm now thinking of trying QSN tablets. Before I commit to spending the money, I'm hopeful I can get some stories from anyone that has tried this program. I'm sceptical of stories from a company's own website. Many thanks 😀

I used the Champix for 7 days then stopped smoking and taking them... Only advise I can give you is: It's not the medication that helps you stop. The only thing that can make you stop is YOU. There is a guy that smoked for 53 years and stopped. My uncle stopped smoking without medication after 30 some years to support my aunt cause she couldnt smoke anymore..

Everyone is my house still smokes around me all the time... I am still going strong 20 days dont sound much until you try it.

So bottom line is if you want to stop you will stop and nothing will stop you....

So good luck and only you have the power to improve you.
