TERRIFIED please help

Sorry this isnt a tip.... i am just having a terrible time... i have bought smokes each day for the past 3 days but before that i had been 2 days 18 hours...
I used the patch for the first time today and am now extremely terrified i will have nightmares :( i took it off over 2 hours ago.. does anyone know what the chances are that i will have nightmares... i am tempted 2 try and force myself 2 stay awake all nighr i dnt know whay 2 do

I know somebody who had patches on at night sleeping and they work up and killed the whole family in their sleep.
Everyone has different experiences with different NRT's or medication. I'm taking Champix but my work mate who is a very nice person also took Champix and punched a whole in the door. I would suggest if the fear is really troubling you, see a doctor, but also keep your goal of giving up and remember that a lot of good things are going to come out of doing so. Good luck
Hi jemz, seriously I've never heard of anyone killing anyone on patches🤔 I have been on patches for 3 and1/2,months now, 4,months tommorrow cigarette free! And had no problems, they sometimes give me vivid dreams not nightmares .if you are that worried you can get the 16hr patches or take the other ones of at night. I have had no problems at all and I am still cigarette free🙋woohoo me
