Yes yes yes go me - for those of you who have been with me from the start, thank you thank you so very much for your support and posts which I have used as my distractions. A good hint for when the cravings strike, get on and read and answer posts. To those that have started after me, yes it can be done. I still get cravings and last night had a very vivid dream in which our local kindergarten was selling cigarettes very cheap and had a beautiful underground smoking resort. Ha Ha how weird was that. I still occasionally get a pang when I smell cigarette smoke and had thought the cravings would be gone by now. But I am still determined to quit. Have just spent some real quality time with old close friends and the support from them was amazing. Hope everyone has a wonderful craving free day today big hugs yoeveryone who is struggling.

Great post chezzel and well done for the 70 days. Agree what a strange dream and would be interesting what it meant. The cravings do go eventually and are really just thoughts which we can control by not dwelling on them. Occasionally I forget I have quit for a split second but switch it off straight away. Well done again.

Yay for you!! You are kicking goals.. I'm smiling for you..

7 weeks ago an underground smoking resort would have been akin to finding Aladdins cave! Now it would probably make me feel sick..

Chezzel, you're fabulous. I'm sure Freud would have had a field day with us all :). Perhaps we should put together a book of "removal of nicotine" dreams. Would be hilarious. Anyway, I have enjoyed being included in the passenger seat of your quitting vehicle, thank you for quitting and letting us get to know you and for being so inspirational.
