🎶🎶🎶when I wake up in the morning
🎶🎶🎶I don't dry reach any more
🎶🎶🎶 I prefer to sing when I wake
🎶🎶🎶 no spluttering noises do I make 🎶🎶
🎶🎶🎶 now I've stopped playing Russian roulette.

Thanks for your two great posts. Your song reminded me of something I was so ashamed about that I told no-one. For about the last two years of smoking I pulled muscles in my back quite regularly from my constant coughing. Now I shall remember that when I have the next run-in with the boss and have the urge to smoke.
