One Year Nicotine and Cigarette free

💥💥💥💥💥💥🏁🏁🏁🏁🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎸🎸🎸🎸🎯🎯🎯🎯😄😄😄😅 One year away from my last cigarette. After 53 smoking. Thank you Icanquit. All those who have given encouragement.
I never thought I would ever give up and with all your help I have a year under my belt
Of course I will stay really close to this programme.
Thanks again. Cosmic

Wow!!!! AMAZING !!!!!!! Now could you just step over here so I can give you the biggest squeezzy hug. YOU did it I always knew you would. WELL DONE!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!! Oh just a little aside - I haven't received my invite to the celebration party- but don't worry I guess it's in the mail. Have the bestest day ever you really deserve it. I am just so thrilled for you almost bursting with pride

Thanks folks. What a great bunch you are. Taking my wife out for a meal to celebrate. Squeeze accepted Chezzel and enjoy you smoke free journey.

Congratulations Dobbin, what an achievement✋ you deserve to celebrate and I so admire your achievement. Have a great dinner out with your wife, woohoo!!!

What an amazing achievement, I can hear in your post just how proud you are. It's so great to read that it's all possible. A big high five and a huge clap to you..

Knew you could do it, Dobbin. A pleasure to enjoy the ride with you. Isn't it a huge relief when the 365 days click over. You have practised saying 'no' when the urges hit hard. You know in the future it will be messages of your success and hope for the future for both you and others.

Hey Dobbin, you're amazing! You've inspired all of us and have been so supportive every step of the way. Thank you for stopping and finding your way here so that you can encourage everyone else. Don't go too far, the rest of us still need to get to that 365 day marker and need your words of wisdom to do it. Have a lovely meal with your long-suffering wife, goodness knows she deserves it (wink). High five, Dobbin.

Thanks all for such great encouragement. Upwards and onwards. It is 5 pm here in the UK and my " long suffering wife " and I have booked a meal for 5 .30. I really think it is difficult for our partners ( those of us who have them ) but she has had a triple heart bypass and a giant hernia op within the last two years. What a wonderful gift to both of us that I no longer smoke. As I have previously posted it took me 53 years of messing around with cigarettes and approximately £160000. Thanks again for your encouragement and Lia for your wisdom.
Sorry to go on but this is a massive deal and the sense of freedom cannot be explained fully.

Yes, Dobbin, it is a massive deal. No need to explain because anyone who has been there, done that, truly understands and respects your achievement. Anyone on the trail to quit finds inspiration from those who have responded to their posts and shared stories. This site is better than any NRT on the market, though it may help some initially. The motivation to last the distance often comes from those we inspire along the way in our quest to quit. After a while we believe what we say in our posts. And it is an amazing two way street. We reached the one year mark. Now to continue to support each other regardless of the days we have been smoke free. Now Dobbin, it is pay back time to newbies... By doing so, we constantly remind ourselves that we are vulnerable and must be on guard and not become complacent. I am glad you think I have shared some wisdom. A wonderful compliment. Thanks
