Well I am at the end of week three and have around 4 ciggies a day as opposed to 10-15 before. I am planning to quit by the end of week 4 but hopefully sooner, need to practice dealing with my triggers in a better way. The only thing I notice now taking Champix is that I can get quite nauseous, especially after a cigarette. And am experiencing a lot of bloating, firstly I thought it was diet related, today I figured out is was the Champix. But I will continue and preserver. This year is the year I will be smoke free :)

hi Silva73, i also went with Champix i have completed the full course and have remained smoke free. i was lucky my only side effect was poor sleep, but I always had food and lots of water, you can do this as long as your head is in the right place and you don't have EVEN ONE. remember we are addicts and once you stop you can never have even one. For me it was only ever one day or one hour at a time in the being I could not think any further ahead as it did my head in. we all find the best way for ourselves so whatever works for you go with it. good luck
