How? Buggered if I know...

How did I quit? I'm well past 60 days and I honestly can't say how I've stayed quit. I miss smoking, but I can't remember why; I can't stand the smell, the effect, the craving. I read your stories on here - thank you, and tried the Champix which helped a lot - started hating the smell & taste almost immediately and with no nicotine buzz, I pretty much quit from week 2. Although I finished the month long script, I didn't feel I needed the repeat - recovery will take longer I guess.

Now I'm just cranky and miserable, somewhat depressed and having trouble in all sorts of life aspects - can't blame smoking though. Apart from an "Imelda Marcos Moment" (5 pairs of shoes in two weeks), I'm not really feeling any major life improvement from not smoking, but I don't smell.

Hi Zippy, i am on 57 days. Mate has to get worse before it gets better. Hang in there , be positive and things can only get better with no tar going into us. Cheers.
