Dealing with set backs :(

I made it through 2 days and 12 hours and then slipped up and bought a pack :(
Once i had the smokes i completely stopped using the inhaler. Now i feel awful physically and emotionally. I wanna try again asap and stocked up on inhalers today but something has me almost seeing me buying more tomorrow. I guess thats the nasty addiction trying 2 control me.
I hope i don't give in tomorrow this whole thing has me riddled with anxiety... any advice would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Hi Jemz,
OK, so you made it through 2 days. No day will be easy. Just try to bite the bullet and follow what 6% manage as opposed to what 94% fail to do. Be as pig headed as you were to start smoking as you can be to kick the habit. It is tough for all of us who last the distance. Therefore you will not be alone and can enjoy the ride with fellow quitters. Give it some thought.

Ok so you slipped up, big deal, just try again, and take it smoke by smoke, hour by hour and then day by day. Small steps to keep you on the hard rocky sometimes very difficult path. Come on here often, rant, rave and scream if you like we are all here for you and for us. I read this and think I sound a bit stuck up I don't mean to be, but I know how hard it is and have been where you are now. It really does get easier, I promise!!!!!

You need to get yourself into believing you can you can do it and only you will know when it's the right time. The reason for this is you need to be super strong when the cravings come because giving in is so much easier than abstaining. 100% commitment is needed. Good luck!
