I know it can be hard at first. But it will get easier. Just keep yourself busy and motivated like doing things that you enjoyed. Don't get cigarette take over your life. Just be strong. For me it's been 100 days since i stop smoking.

Pamela said it when she said, "Don't let cigarettes take over your life." If you think you need a nicotine fix any time you have a drama in your life then you will forever flounder. Life is a challenge and full of surprises and challenges as you know. You were born without a cigarette hanging out of your mouth. No one said you would be free of dramas... Take back your birthright - i.e. being free of nicotine. The rest is called life. Wish you well.

All the comments above have been vocalised far better than I could have done. So you floundered this time. Don't flounder next time :) We all face stresses every day, did smoking make any difference to the situation? Did it stop the flood? Nope! The cigarette doesn't own you, does it! Embrace the freedom NOT smoking has allowed you and remember that feeling. Keep posting, flower, we are here for you.
